Prospective Students
Whether you’re an alumnus with children, grandchildren, neighbors or a prospective student who found us online or via a counselor, homecoming is the perfect opportunity to see what it means to be a Pirate! Find out how you can engage with alumni, athletes, coaches, faculty and staff during homecoming weekend.
Alumni
Alumni from across the country are invited to join us. If you took classes in Parkville, this is your chance to see what’s changed. If you were an athlete, it’s a chance to join an alumni game. If you attended a campus center, there’s no better time to visit Parkville for the first time than homecoming weekend!
Students & Parents
Your connection with prospective students and alumni during homecoming weekend creates lasting bonds and deeper engagement. Learn about ways that you can have fun and enjoy all homecoming weekend has to offer.
Athletes
Homecoming would not be complete without a weekend full of watching our amazing athletes compete. Additionally, it’s a great opportunity for our former athletes to tie up their laces and join us for some alumni games. The weekend also presents a wonderful opportunity for our alumni to introduce their children, grandchildren, neighbors and friends to our amazing coaching staff. Awards Ceremony

Graham Tyler Memorial Chapel
Join us as we recognize the Class of 1973 with their golden diplomas, celebrate the 2023 Athletics Wall of Honor inductees, and award the 2023 Alumni Awards.
Registration:
Registration is not required to attend this event. If you are a member of the Class of 1973, please complete the 2023 Homecoming Registration Form to provide details regarding the diploma ceremony. All other guests do not need to register.

University Update & Breakfast

Thompson Cafeteria
Join us for breakfast in the Thompson Commons, and get an update from University President Shane Smeed.
Registration:
Alumni who register for this event by September 15 will be placed on a list for complimentary breakfast. If you forget to register, you can still enjoy the update and pay for breakfast at the door.

Golden Reunion 50th Anniversary Luncheon

Welcome home to the Class of 1973! The Park University Advancement Office is excited to welcome you back to campus. We hope you will join us for many of the homecoming festivities.
In honor of your golden reunion, President Shane Smeed and the Advancement Office would like to invite you and one guest to register for a Class of 1973 luncheon.
In addition to the lunch, we would like to invite you to take the stage and receive a golden diploma during the Annual Awards event held in the Chapel.
Due to space and budget constraints, we can only accommodate the Class of 1973 and one guest for lunch.
All friends of alumni are invited to join us for the diploma presentation in the Chapel.
